Foundations’ Goal When They Came To Us

Success for Foundations was defined in one key area: re-introducing themselves to the market with a new brand image that captured attention, communicated their professionalism, and got prospects excited to work with them.

Having just gone through a major rebrand, they needed video content that could articulate their new positioning in a way that was sharp, polished, and aligned with who they had evolved into as a GTM firm.

We partnered with them to build a video asset that would serve as the centerpiece of their re-introduction, something that could work across their website, social channels, and outbound efforts.

Where We Started

We sat down with the Foundations team to do a deep dive into their rebrand. Their new positioning, their evolved ICP, and their updated business model.

From there, we built out their client knowledge base, which captures all of their unique frameworks, proprietary strategies, and case studies. This gave us an authoritative understanding of their business and the results they deliver for clients before we wrote a single word of script.

This is a critical part of our process. The strategic groundwork is what dictates the entire content strategy… The messaging angles, the unique identifiers, and what makes a video actually engaging whether it's running as a paid ad, living organically, or sitting on a website.

What We Implemented

The first thing we did was develop a complete script for Foundations so that when we arrived on site with the teleprompter, their founder Zac could read directly off of it. Every word was strategically chosen. The message was sharp, concise, and sequenced to flow naturally from one point to the next. Nothing important left on the table, nothing filler making it in.

On site, we directed Zac on pacing, tonality shifts, and hand gestures to make sure the way he delivered the content was charismatic and engaging, not just accurate. Coaching our clients on how to speak and how to say things is a big part of what makes the final product stronger.

We also designed the shoot to be frictionless for Foundations. Zac stepped away from his day, showcased his expertise on camera, and stepped back into the action. That's exactly how it's supposed to work.

How It Turned Out

The result was a hyper-polished video that looked and sounded the part of a firm that had genuinely leveled up.

Graphics were used intentionally… Not as decoration, but to reinforce what Zac was saying and help tell the story visually. B-roll of Foundations working with their clients was woven in to position them as the authority and give prospects a real look at the quality of their working relationships.

The video gave Foundations exactly what they came for: a re-introduction that matched the brand they had built and gave prospects a reason to be excited before they ever got on a call.
